Warranty Coverage:

• Wear and scratches due to normal use • Deformation due to exposure to rain or submersion in water • Damage caused by excessive luggage or rough handling If you would like to request warranty service, please contact customer support with your order number, details of the problem, and photos/videos.
2. Return Policy and Terms and Conditions <br>You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in like-new condition. We cannot accept the item if it will affect secondary sales.
-The packaging must be complete: including the outer box, instructions, stickers, protective cover, accessories and extras, and the product code must match the order information.
- Good condition: If there are obvious signs of use, artificial damage (scratches, dents, worn casters, dirt, etc.), or missing accessories, the item may not be returned or an inspection fee/reduction fee may be charged.
