1. Daily care <br>When cleaning, wipe gently with a soft or lightly damp cloth. To remove fingerprints or oily stains, wipe with diluted neutral detergent, then wipe with water and let it air dry.
Do not use volatile solvents such as gasoline, thinner, or alcohol, as they may cause discoloration, deterioration, or surface damage.
It cannot be washed, rinsed with water, or dried.
Light scratches can be made less noticeable by gently rubbing with an eraser, but rubbing too hard may cause discoloration. Handle natural fabrics with particular care.
2. Caring for leather and synthetic leather parts: Wipe leather or soft-touch handles regularly with a dry cloth and dry them immediately if they get wet.
Synthetic leather and artificial leather will naturally deteriorate over time (becoming sticky and peeling).
When storing, keep the product well ventilated and avoid high temperatures and humidity. This will help slow down deterioration.
3. Maintaining the main body and aluminum frame
The PC (polycarbonate) body is highly durable, but please avoid strong impacts, direct sunlight, high temperatures, and friction with sharp objects.
When closing the aluminum frame, do not press it down too hard. If you feel resistance, be sure to check that no foreign objects are caught inside.
4. Zippers and Casters <br>Always keep zippers dry and clean, and if they are stiff, use a small amount of lubricating wax.
Regularly remove dust and tangles from the casters to keep them turning smoothly.
5. TSA combination lock <br>Please set it correctly according to the instructions. Pulling it forcefully may cause it to malfunction.
If it does not open, please check that the PIN code is correct and that there are no foreign objects caught in the lock.
6. Precautions for Use (Checked Baggage/Daily Travel)
Pushing the chair rather than pulling it puts less strain on the casters (wheels) and reduces wear.
If you are checking it in, we recommend using a cover.
Do not put excessively heavy objects into the bag and keep the weight within the appropriate range.
Please note that leaving the product in a high temperature environment, such as inside a car in the summer, for a long period of time may cause deformation or discoloration.
7. Storage method
a. Before storing, be sure to wipe off any moisture or dirt and dry thoroughly in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing the product in a damp state to prevent mold growth.
b. To maintain its shape, we recommend storing it with paper (such as newspaper) inside.
c. When storing, avoid direct sunlight and store in a well-ventilated, low-humidity environment.
d. Do not store the product in a sealed plastic bag or cardboard box for a long period of time, as this may accelerate hydrolysis of the handles and casters.
e. If the product has not been used for a long period of time, be sure to check the operation of the handle and casters before use.
f. Regular care will help maintain the structure and appearance of your suitcase in good condition for a long time.
8. Precautions
A. Please be aware that clothing made from delicate materials such as cashmere and silk may pill due to friction.
B. Due to the effects of sunlight, humidity, storage conditions, etc., slight discoloration may occur on some parts, but this is not a quality issue.
C. Do not bring magnetic cards or precision instruments near magnetic parts.
D. Please refrain from overloading or using the product for purposes other than travel, as this may cause malfunction or damage.
9. Proof of Purchase & Warranty (Global)
Please be sure to keep proof of purchase such as order email, receipt, delivery note, etc. Products purchased without proof of purchase or through unauthorized channels will not be covered by the warranty.
If you would like to have your product repaired, please contact our customer support. We will guide you through the warranty procedures and shipping methods. (Depending on the region, a local agency may be able to assist you.)
If the part is no longer in production, we will use a substitute part. If the product is deemed unrepairable due to structural damage, we will offer to replace it with an equivalent part.
10. Disclaimer <br>The following are not covered by the free warranty:
